Head – Operations
Ram has been a serial entrepreneur across Telecom and Renewable energy space for over three decades. It was his vision to make a difference in the Renewable Energy Sector especially in the Solar Energy, which slowly but surely is now getting traction in the Company.
Ram, constantly is on the lookout for newer areas that the company could work upon. One new area that Om Sai REPL has embarked is in the Design & Development of Public AC Fast Charging systems for Electric Vehicles.
Not very long ago, Ram was a part of an audacious venture by a team of Technocrats who dared to build, launch & land on the moon a spacecraft that would carry a Rover in its underbelly. Ram was the person heading the design, manufacturing, assembly, Integration & testing of the spacecraft and Rover’s mechanical structures.
JAYADEVAN NAIR
Head- Production
A 30+ year veteran in the areas of Prototyping, Testing and production implementation of electronic equipments ranging a variety of domains like Telecom, Power electronics, Traffic Signalling systems & Elevator controls bring to Om Sai REPL his expertise in the development of the EVSE.
Jayadevan, has been responsible for ensuring zero fault products that have been delivered to customers across domains and is a strong lead from the front example to the entire production & testing team. He oversees production planning and execution and a master at empowering Sub-ordinates to take up responsibilities from time to time.
SANJAY NAIK
Head- Technology
A master in simplifying technological problems into easy to design and develop easy to use by (Both tech team & User teams).
Sanjay also a 30+ year veteran in pure R & D and then takes it forward with the Prototyping and testing teams to ensure the desires outputs at all times. He is passionate about designing solutions for otherwise lesser thought of Pain points, also has an immaculate style in penning down each and every minute aspect of the design and leads the Design team in person until he is convinced that the team is able to take it forward.
